Any time a visitor to the IME website enters their contact details on a IME website form they are given the option to consent for IME to process their personal data. This consent enables the website user to be provided with IME course information and marketing material. If consent is not given, IME is unable to provide information on courses and marketing material. Visitors have the ‘right to be forgotten’ and the right to ‘data portability’.
